This was our first stop upon arriving on Amelia Island. We got there right when they opened at 11 a.m. to have lunch and decided to dine outside. It was so peaceful and beautiful. I ordered the Lunch Fried Oysters and upgraded to the She Crab soup for my side. My husband ordered the Shrimp & Grits. The oysters and soup were good, but the Shrimp & Grits stole the show. The shrimp was so tender and the dish was flavorful. My dish also came with hush puppies they initially forgot, so they brought extras. Those were yummy too. Emily took care of us and was so kind and attentive. We'll be sure to come back the next time we're in the area!

I like this restaurant years ago before it closed. The new owners have created a great new venue that includes both the old and the new. Its definitely worth a visit.
